Uptown living means high-rise and mid-rise condos, modern townhomes, and some of Charlotte's oldest homes in historic Fourth Ward. Each one comes with its own rules. Remodel CLT knows how to work inside condo buildings: we coordinate with property management, reserve the service elevator, follow building work hours and provide the certificate of insurance your building requires.
Featured Project: The Arches, a Historic Church Turned Into 14 Townhomes
Just west of Uptown in historic Wesley Heights, Remodel CLT completed the interior work for all 14 townhomes at The Arches for Whitestone Holdings Inc. We preserved original features (stained-glass windows, exposed brick and arched wood ceilings) while building modern homes around them. Our work included every kitchen (white shaker cabinets, quartz counters, subway tile), every bathroom (porcelain tile showers, hex mosaic floors, quartz vanities), LVP flooring and stair treads throughout, interior doors, drywall, trim and paint, plus the rooftop terraces.

Working in a Condo Building
We handle the paperwork your HOA or property manager asks for: proof of insurance, scope of work, schedule and contractor details. Building permits are issued by Mecklenburg County Code Enforcement, and we pull them when needed. In local historic districts like Wesley Heights and Fourth Ward, exterior changes may need approval from the Charlotte Historic District Commission, and we'll help you through it.
