How much does a deck or patio cost in Charlotte?
It depends on size, materials and design. We provide a free, detailed estimate after an on-site visit.
Should I choose composite or wood decking?
Pressure-treated wood costs less up front but needs regular staining and sealing. Composite costs more but resists fading, rot and splinters, with very little maintenance. We'll recommend the right option for your budget and how you plan to use the space.
Do I need a permit to build a deck in Charlotte?
Most new decks, especially those attached to the house or raised off the ground, require a permit from Charlotte-Mecklenburg Code Enforcement. We pull and manage permits when needed.
Do you build screened porches?
Yes, including new screened porches and converting existing decks or patios.
Can you repair or refinish my existing deck?
Yes. We replace damaged boards and railings, and clean, stain and seal decks to extend their life.
